Search Engine Policies: DMSPrism has no control over the evolving policies of search engines regarding site acceptance or content. Your website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time, at the sole discretion of the respective platform.

Third-Party Control: We cannot control website or blog owners who may remove links and content or delete, move, or modify their websites. Refunds and replacements for such instances will be processed strictly in accordance with the specific refund policies of each individual service.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall DMSPrism be liable for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims from you or third-party websites. As the end-user, you assume all risks and potential damages (whether known or unknown) associated with using DMSPrism services.

Order Adjustments: DMSPrism reserves the right to adjust anchor text and other order details to ensure successful placements or the complete fulfillment of services.

Performance Guarantees: As an outsourced provider of specialized SEO services, DMSPrism does not guarantee specific search engine positions for any keyword, phrase, or search term. We also do not guarantee increases in website traffic.

SEO Risks: Any form of link building inherently carries risks of search engine penalties and other potential impacts on SEO efforts. DMSPrism does not assume liability for any adverse effects of link building or other SEO activities on your website's rankings.

Third-Party Website Changes: DMSPrism is not responsible for changes made to your website by other parties that may negatively affect its search engine rankings.
Non-Disclosure Policy
While DMSPrism does not sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for every agency or client, we uphold a strict commitment to confidentiality as part of our standard terms of service.
DMSPrism (the Recipient) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by you (the Client) for any purpose other than the agreed-upon services without first obtaining your written consent.
We guarantee that we will not disclose any confidential information to any third party, except to our employees and professional advisors who require access to this information solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services to your company.
Service Restrictions
DMSPrism reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites operating in illegal or offensive industries. This includes, but is not limited to, content, products, or services that are:

Hateful, objectionable, or defamatory towards any group of people, race, gender, sexual orientation, or which attack any person, business, organization, product, or service.

Promoting cruelty towards animals.

Otherwise deemed objectionable by DMSPrism.
Orders related to prescription drugs, gambling or casinos, and adult content may be considered but require separate arrangements. If ordered through our standard online forms, such orders will be canceled and refunded.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscribe & Save credit subscription at any time.

Unused Credits: No refunds will be provided for unused credits accumulated via your subscription. Unused credits will remain available in your account after your subscription is canceled.

Program Intent: The Subscribe & Save program is designed for long-term engagement, not solely for short-term discount activation. Our system monitors for short activation periods of 14 days or less. Orders placed with discounts by users suspected of misusing the system will be canceled.
